Double Qualification in Tourism & Hospitality
EUROAULA, University School of Tourism Barcelona, offers the double qualification in 4 years, with the Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and the Bachelor’s Degree in International Hospitality & Tourism Management, in conjunction with the University of Girona (UdG) and the prestigious Luxembourg BBI School for International Hospitality & Tourism Business.
This double qualification is entirely unique in Catalonia in the International Hospitality and Tourism Management sector.
DOUBLE QUALIFICATION
Thanks to the collaboration agreement signed between Euroaula, UdG and BBI School for International Hospitality & Tourism Business, Euroaula students can opt for the qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in International Hospitality & Tourism Management issued by the Ministry of Higher Education of Luxembourg, as well as the Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism from the UdG, issued by the Spanish Ministry of Education.

The duration of the double qualification programme is 5 years.

Double Qualification in Tourism & Hospitality Plan of Study
Apart from the modules established in the core curriculum of the Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, a series of modules taught through English that are associated with the international hotel industry must be completed during the student’s academic year abroad in BBI (Luxembourg).

From the outset, Euroaula has had a clear and firm international vocation. In an increasingly global world, we believe tourism must play a key role in bringing various countries, traditions and cultures together.
For that reason, we offer our own study abroad programme. We offer students the opportunity to study and complete a work placement in various countries around Europe and the rest of the world.
Students who opt for the Double Qualification will study one academic year at BBI, at the Wiltz campus, with the assistance of an Erasmus+ grant.
Within the Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, students may complete part of their studies in Europe thanks to EU grants. Click the following link to view the universities with which Euroaula holds Erasmus+ collaboration agreements.
Double Qualification in Tourism & Hospitality Access and Enrollment
To access the Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, applicants must register for the Degree in Tourism. There are various admission paths, according to the student’s studies:
- Secondary School Diploma + University Entrance Exam (PAU)
- Higher Vocational Training Cycles

- Officially recognised foreign studies (High School Diploma Homologated)
- Entrance exams for people over 25 years
- Entrance exams for people over 45 years

Double Qualification in Tourism & Hospitality Job Opportunities & Internships
We have our own HR Department and Job Bank, which assist students in finding a job in the tourism industry, guiding them on their entry into the job market, and advising them in preparing and planning their career.
This service is offered at the end of the first year of the Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and continues to be made available to students who have completed their studies through our Euroaula Alumni network.
Students who complete the Double Qualification may undertake paid international placements at prestigious hotels in Europe, Asia and the United States, thanks to a collaboration agreement between Euroaula, UdG and BBI School for International Hospitality & Tourism Business.
We are leaders in terms of entry into the workforce, with the highest percentages of entry of the UdG-affiliated Tourism schools in Barcelona.

Our University School is a private institution that does not receive any public funding. To avoid the applicant’s financial situation preventing them from accessing Euroaula, we offer several financing options.
Furthermore, the Academic Secretary advises students on the steps involved in applying for the grants and aid available to students:
- European Union Erasmus+ programme.
- General regime grant approved by the Spanish Ministry of Education.
- Euroual Motivation Grant (to the best candidates in each year).
